MyComfort, LLC failed to survive the recession, ceased operations in mid 2008, and is out of business.  Those who formerly managed MyComfort, LLC offer their sincere apologies.  For a while, those of the MyComfort stores that were independently owned continued, but the last MyComfort store has now also gone out of business.  This page is to address any warrantee concerns.  Only if your product is a gel mattress or gel overlay or the foundation under either of those, or a gel pillow, call the company that is servicing some of the warranties of the out-of-business MyComfort, LLC for those products only (Natura World, Inc.) at 888-628-8723 or send a fax to them at 519-651-1892.  If your product is a cushion rather than a bedding product, or if you bought an air mattress, or if your product did not contain gel, there is no longer any company to service your warranty. Be ready with photos to email, with the information that it is a MyComfort product (we do not warranty any other brand of gel product), with the specific product model, with both where and when it was purchased, with the exact nature of the warranty issue, with whether you have your original paperwork (required), and with whether there are any stains or odors (which void the warranty). Before you call Natura World, Inc., please read your warranty carefully and make sure you understand it, including the requirement that you will arrange transport and pay any transport costs to and from the manufacturer (typically around $600 to $800 round trip). Note that in the history of MyComfort, LLC, there was never a known warranty issue with the gel itself, and for the few problems that were reported, it was nearly always the foundation or the frame that is not properly supporting the mattress. First, look under the bed with someone lying on it and see if the frame is bowing. If the frame is bowing, get a better frame. If the frame is straight, then try laying your mattress or overlay directly on the floor without the foundation and/or without the underlying non-gel mattress, fully stretched out. If the product on the floor doesn’t have the problem and the frame isn’t bowing, then you know to report that the foundation (box spring) is the problem.
